Third Party inspection

Assigned for inspection and expediting activities as Third party inspector and client representative for the field of Oil & Gas Industry, Construction of Above ground & Buried pipeline, Fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanges, On-Plot piping, Material receiving inspection activities and Welding Procedure and Welder Qualification and Certification etc.- Responsible as Third Party and/or client’s representative for major oil companies/contractors.- Duties include quality and expediting activities in the fabrication, certification and final acceptance of pressure vessels/columns, skid mounted equipment, steam drums, heat exchanges, liquid incinerator stacks, Valves, OCTG piping components /fabricated pipe work (including GRP & GRE Piping and fittings), and structural steel.- Inspections include Material inspection, review of MTC, In process Quality checks, Monitoring of in between stages, Final Dimensional inspections,- Pressure testing, Blasting and Painting Inspection, review of Data Book, Packing inspection etc.- Inspection of Coating and painting inspection having hands on expertise with inspection and certification of coating /painting systems.- Vendor inspection at the UAE suppliers.
