As a Operation & Customer Service Executive i do the below responsibilities, Export: Providing container release order to clients, updating and following up with clients for pulling out containers, passing Mirsal2 declarations and returning container back to port within the vessel cut off and updating the container no.'s with date of pulling out & return in the company software and has good knowledge of Mirsal2 in Dubai portal website for passing any kind of Declarations and submitting the full documents to customs within the given period and costing the charges. Import: Once we gets the freight and cargo manifest from our counter part we will create discharge list through our system, will upload the same discharge list and manifest edi in Dubai Trade Portal website and will update the consignee by sending arrival notice. Once the vessel arrives and discharges the units, will update the counter part with the same and will issue Delivery Order by collecting the charges from Consignee with the presentation of original Bill of Lading and will follow up with clients to return back the container within the free time limit. Transport Co-ordinator: Arranging local road transportations of container to clients for loading & unloading in the said time.Solid knowledge in Shipping, Forwarding and Customs Clearance
