•Develop and manage sales strategies of the business unit, in order to achieve and maximize sales potentiality.•Prepare quarterly sales plans in line with strategies, incorporating requirements of various customer segments.•Achieve and monitor sales revenues and profit margins on a continuous basis, in line with approved budgets.•Ensure timely collection of accounts receivables, through follow up, internal coordination and analyzing reports.•Develop monitoring tools for the performance of the team that would support the achievement of sales plans.•Contribute to the business development process of the company through advising on product mix analysis and buying behaviors of customer segments.•Build and guide the sales team according to set targets and budgets.•Understand and meet customer requirements to the full satisfaction of the customer, while safeguarding interests of the company.•Adhere to internal policies and procedures of the company, relating to customer support, credit and other corporate matters.•Analyze customer credibility, together with other departments, in order to allocate ratings and segments.•Plan and implement customer retention strategies, in order to have long-term uninterrupted sales revenues.•Coordinate with head quarters in the United Kingdom on matters relating to sales discounts, credit policies and sales commissions.•Develop and seek approval for incentive schemes for the sales team, based on performance indicators.•Contribute to the pricing policies of the company, based on competitive analysis and other external environment.•Manage up to 250 corporate customer accounts by meeting their requirements, resolving issues and providing utmost customer service.•Collect, analyze and resolve customer complaints, by seeking regular customer feedback through questionnaires and other means.
