As the President of the Soft Skills and Communication Association (SACA) club, a part of Abhyuday, the placement department of NMAMIT Nitte, I led a dedicated team pf 20 people in initiating and conducting placement training sessions for over 1400 students within a span of 6 months. Recognizing the need for change, I spearheaded the transformation of the club by introducing a new logo and creating a fresh identity. Personally, I provided personalized training to numerous students, focusing on enhancing their soft skills, communication abilities, and interview etiquette, ultimately helping many of them secure placements in their dream companies.Also been The Founder and Coordinator of Aikya’23 which is a small one day fest where all 13 clubs under abhyuday collaborate and show their best work!
