• Monitor and supervise daily procurement operational activities. • Develop procurement plan in conjunction with project manager to ensure on-time availability of material. • Responsible to follow supplier selection, evaluation and reevaluation procedure. • Developed market feasibility of local suppliers as well as international. • Ensure supplier data base updated time to time.• Review and ensure that MTS status updated on Daily and weekly basis. • Ensure the effective implementation of procurement policy and procedures. • Reviewed and approved all MRP (material requisition packages) either Aramco or non-Aramco projects. • Represented procurement department in regular or irregular meeting with client/consultant. • Establishing & developing business relationship with procurement community as well as major suppliers. • Visited suppliers to evaluate the material quality as well as finalize the deal. • Assess new suppliers in terms of material quality and supplier capability. • Measured and evaluated the performance and KPI of team. • For Aramco Project maintained SPDP based on need. • Ensured that all Aramco requirement are met at appropriate level. • Responsible to conduct material inspection required for NMR’s (601, 602 & 603) and coordinated with Aramco Material specialist and SAVID.
