Managing Engineering ,Procurement ,Construction, Commissioning interfaces: physical, logistical, informational & organizational Coordinate the execution of the Detailed Design and procurement activities Shutdown coordination. Review requirements for mandatory spares; facilitate Procurement and Handover of Spares. Maintain all design and procurement related communications, documents and records. Ensure that contractor submits Plant Operating & maintenance manuals. Coordinate with the project CSR during the construction stage. Manage project budget , project plan and scheduling. Review the progress report, resource planning, Analyzing Project protability, Cash ow & Dash board. Prepare (WFR) weekly ash report for the upper management. Generate & update (MSR) material statues report which include all the information for the requested material start from the PO issued date till date of delivery Responsible to track project changes. Review vendors / subcontractor invoices and material deliveries. Prepare project execution report on monthly bases for the upper management. including gross margin, budget, Total Tech Cost (TCC), gross profit & the major criticalities. Engaged in the establishment of a system for martial record for supply chain department based on material technical descriptions. Following up the punch/Snag list for the project & hand over the material & equipment Engaged in Penalties Implementation Record for the vendors & subcontractor which have deviated from the contractual obligation. Coordinate and ensure submittal of project closeout documentation

•Responsible for coordinating between all participants (Contractor, SEC (Saudi Electrical Company), Vendors ,Site and Engineering office) •Planning, scheduling, controlling & Monitoring •Review the progress report, resource planning, Analyzing Project profitability , Cash flow & Dash board•Prepare (WFR) weekly flash report for the upper management•Prepare update (MSR) material statues report which include all the information for the requested material start from the PO issued date till delivered to site •Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.•Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.•Coordinate and ensure submittal of project closeout documentation•Establish a martial record for supply chain department based on material technical descriptions•Expedite the suppliers & subcontractor & secure delivery dates •Following up the punch list for the project & hand over the material & equipment

•Prepare the WPS ‘s as per AWS criteria (qualified and pre-qualified .•Calibration and validation of the welding machine•Prepare a welding manual including welder training program and inspection plan for my company •Controlling of welding consumables & Documents. Inspection of components as per quality plan, Drawings and Operation Process sheet. •Day to day Co-Ordination and regular inspection activities with third party and client. •Witnessing in process examination-Welding Inspection-on components. •Preparation of Quality control checklists, records and inspection reports.•Familiarize of Standards & Codes (ASME II, IX, ASTM, AWS D1.1, API 1104 & API 570).•UT technician as Per AWS D1.1 criteria
