Responsibilities:• Executing & maintaining the quality of works in accordance with the approved specification, drawings, method statements and approved materials. • Ensure implementation of safe systems of works in compliance with health and safety plan.• Inspection with the authorities for plot demarcation to obtain NOC prior starting the work at site. • Obtaining work permits such.as Excavation permit, confined space entry permit, hot work permit, work at height permit, lifting permit on daily / weekly basis depending on project requirements.• Conducting toolbox talks and safety meeting with workers and also for the staff.• Organize the resources such as manpower, material, equipment, required for all civil related works prior to execution.• Ensure safety related documents of all manpower's, power tools and equipment’s, prior to their use in site.• Preparing and submitting Work Inspection Report (WIR) & Material Inspection Report (MIR) with additional documents to consultant/ Client for each and every site activity. • Attending weekly quality and safety meetings with client & contractors • Inspection with consultant and clients for the approval for every site activity and recorded.• Maintain Daily Records of site Activities.• Prepare risk assessment for every site activity based on the method statement and reduce the risk to an acceptable level. • Site safety inspection during work is on process to ensure the workplace is safe for working from hazard or risk.• Maintaining Proper Material Stacking and Good Housekeeping at Workplace.

Responsible for Planning and executing of all civil related works at the site.• Planning, Supervising and Executing the site activities as per the specification, drawing, and approved method statement.• Coordinate with Project Engineer, HSE engineer for any clarification or doubt while executing the works.• Organize the team and plan the work as per the approved method statement and drawing.• Identify the resources like manpower, tools, machinery, safety equipment, etc. required to carry out the work safely in advance.• Make sure about all the required NOC’s and other permission from authorities and available before commencing the actual works.• Adequate safety measures should be implemented at the worksite at all times.• Obtaining work permits such.as Excavation permit, confined space entry permit, hot work permit, work at height permit, lifting permit on daily / weekly basis depending on project requirements.• Maintaining site documentation such as work permits, NOC’s, site activities logbook, employee’s attendance record, material inward, etc.• Coordinate with the Site Foremen, Contractors, and designs issues with Design Engineer, Consultant, Clients, etc. if any due to site limitation & to resolve the issues.• Preparing and submitting the daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the office.Skills: Infrastructure · Construction Supervision · Communication · Project Coordination · Excavation. • Supervision & execution of different activities at construction sites related to civil works like Excavation, Piling, PCC work, RCC work, Masonry work, steel structural works, Plumbing, Tiling, Painting, other finishing works, etc.• Preparing the estimations for materials, labors, equipment’s for each construction activity as per the approved drawings.• Managing the site warehouse & its internal activities.• Regularly inspecting the site activities to ensure the work is in line with the design requirement by measuring, testing, and examining to prevent the defects.• Checking the quality of inward materials and testing of concrete with the help of Slump cone, Universal Testing Machine, rebound hammer tester and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity tester for detecting its workability, compression strength, hardness, etc• Coordination with the Site supervisors, Foremen, HSE officer, Contractor’s Engineers/Supervisors, etc.• Maintaining site documentation such as site activities logbook, employees attendance record, material stock, material inward, cube reports, etc.• Coordinate designs issues with Consultants, Design Engineers, Contractors, etc. if any due to site limitation& helping them to resolve the issues.• Attending meetings with the stakeholders to discuss project details.• Preparing and submitting the daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to client
