Technical coordinator for Turbines SCU at Rolls-Royce, Derby, UK. - Nov’2017 – Jul’2020Responsibilities:-To support the domestic Turbine facilities in RQSC amendment activity to ensure the acceptable visual non-conformance standards are in place and to prevent recurring concessions/issues there by achieving the Zero target.-Conduct Visual Non-conformance review with Design and Manufacturing engineers for deviation permit approval and for conversion to RQSC (Component specific quality standard).-Co-ordinating with Rolls-Royce suppliers to ensure visual non-conformances are reviewed and sanitised for NCA approval for visual quality standard relaxation.-Co-ordinating with Rolls-Royce Specialists (Design, Stress, Aero, Coatings etc.), Manufacturing engineers and Inspectors for non-conformance assessment and take buyoff on proposed relaxation in quality standard.-Set up a model of extraction, sanitizing, analyzing, and presenting manufacturing data to manufacturing community to implement fix.-Pareto breakdown of issues within the quarantine bonds and liaise with the Part owners to raise, predominantly, RQSC requests and address visual non-conformances.Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce plc Sunderland, UK. - Jun’2015 – Jun’2016 and May’2013 – May’2014Responsibilities:-Worked as an onsite coordinator managing a team of 6 members supporting Manufacturing Engineering tasks (Inspection planning, Process planning, Fixture support, CMM and CAM support).-Identify new work opportunity to ensure adequate workload at offshore and to enhance team capability.-Project monitoring in terms of quality and delivery.-Created FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) and ILD (Inspection Limitation Document) for New Parts Introduction.-Take ownership of creating manufacturing/ Technical Instruction documentation for shop floor activities.-Creating CAPP Process for assigned disc manufacturing as per requirement.
