• Answer phones and take orders from Trade and Retail customers Ensure that all quotes and invoices are correct Ensure despatch and warehouse area’s are clean and tidy Invoicing Pick orders and get ready for daily deliveries Back counter work (get service parts ready for the Service Department) Front counter work (retail customers) Ensure all areas of the Parts Department is clean, tidy and presentable Work closely with all departments of the dealership Deliver parts to trade customers when necessary Attend Meetings with Dealer Principal & Brand Managers and liaise with them daily on therunning of the parts department Work to a budget & Monthly Purchase Targets Go and meet current and possible future customers Delegate work to Spare Parts interpreters and apprentices Panel Quotes on Customer Premises
