 Preparation of office staff salaries & workers wages monthly through WPS. Arrangements for timely crediting of salary through WPS. Assist in month-end closings (Weekly and Monthly Reports) Preparation of salary statements. Actively co-operate with HR regarding salary process.  Deductions of salary advance, pending salary, medical expenses, insurance Maintaining petty cash and bank records, including banking. Preparation of Trading and Profit & Loss Account. Preparation of Supplier/Sub contractors account statements Review of all purchase & Sale invoices. Preparation of Vacation Settlements & Gratuities of labors.  Preparation of Labors time sheets on Orison Hr  Registering new Staff or Workers with U.A.E exchange for WPS. Responsible for filing of LPO’s & Agreements. Reconciliation of Bank Statements ( Deposits & Withdrawals )  Prepare Debit and Credit Notes & Preparation of Cheques to the supplier. Preparation for timely payments of services like water,electricity,telecom,internet bills,ADNOC Fuel bills, drainage bills, hiring charges for vehicles & purchase of safety stores. Responsible for payments of Office rent, License renewal, Camp rent, visa expenses of labors

 Prepares monthly financial statements and salary of employees Bank Reconcile Statements  Analysis and subsidiary ledger reconciliation  Preparation of Journal & Ledger accounts Preparation of day to day transactions (purchases and sales)  Manages Cash balances and Creditors Payments  Responsible for filing Excise taxes, property tax statements, etc.  Maintains Fixed Assets and Focus accounting systems  Reviews Customer invoicing based on individual contract rates and requirements  Follow up with the Suppliers Consignment Receiving details  Preparation of Income & Expenditure accounts
