As part of the Compliance team, I was involved in compliance and KYC file review of client entities. Validating all documents (KYC, Legal) required under the jurisdiction specific and in compliance with the AML Regulations.As part of the Legal & Corporated Secretarial Services Department, I was involved in preparing all sort of documents required from incorporation to liquidation of entities based on their jurisdictional laws; majorly being US LLCs’, Bahamas, Cayman Islands and Panama IBCs’ & Foundations.
