➢ Parts - Nacelle Controller, HUB Controller, SCADA, Spare parts Module, PSC, Cube Power Modules. ➢ Ensuring on time price agreement contract with serial production Items. ➢ Ensuring ON time PO release based on MRP , On time order confirmation (OTD) , P2P Issues. ➢ Order confirmations Handling, Pull in , Push out cancellation the Purchase Orders, Overdue Follow ups and Ensure to achieve OTD performance. ➢ Correctness of vendor master data and on time price updating in system, MOQ, L/T time to ensure material master accuracy. ➢ Checking the vendor capacity with support of SQD and search for new vendor if required. ➢ Communicating new ECO changes to supplier and Implementing the ECO’s on time. ➢ Co ordinating with Master planning team for production order changes and ensure stock availability for production ➢ Monthly supplier rating based on vendor delivery and quality performance. ➢ Coordinate with QA team and supplier to close NC’s ➢ Ensuring Cost recovery activity done on time with Suppliers. ➢ Work with Supplier to get Quarterly price revision and Lead Time Changes and involving Material support team to get them acknowledged in system. ➢ Coordinating with Logistic Team for Order status ➢ Work with Blocked Invoices to process Payment on time to Supplier
