Conduct safety induction training to all Staff and Workers.Making Daily Routine Inspection at Work Site.Helping in Identifying and eliminating unsafe conditions and maintain complete work field safety.To carry out Pre Startup Safety Review (PSSR), walk thru audits etc.Preparing Construction Safety Procedure.Interpret and advise on all HSE requirements pertaining to the project.Ensure that adequate inspections and reporting on working places and practices are carried out.Ensure that all necessary records are maintained and assist Project Management in the preparation of Safety Planning, Method of Statements and Risk Assessments etc to identify hazards and recommend appropriate action.Supervise Project Safety Personnel and provide to them advice, guidance and other information as required to assist them in their duties and constantly assess Project Safety Personnel and provide training appropriate to their needs.Investigate accident/incident involving injury/damage/near missing order to determine the root causes and take appropriate remedial action.Stop any activity on site if in their opinion there is an immediate risk of injury to any site personnel, or the possibility of a dangerous occurrence happening.Ensure all local Health, Safety & Environmental rules & regulations as applicable.Organize & Conducting Departmental Safety Meetings.Ensure compliance to usages of Personal Protective Equipments.To conduct Tool box talk and Behavior base Safety Ensure compliance to LOTO & Work Permit System.Studies for all new projects & for any major changes in existing systems.Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly activities report.Necessary safety precaution before starting any job.Conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for High Risk Job/Critical.Established ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and OHSAS 18001:2007 at Engineering Department under the supervision of Corporate EHS manager.
