• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a Quality Plan for Inward , Inprocess and Outward Inspections• Ensuring that the Quality Plan is implemented• Applying the methods of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for analyzing data and ensuring quality.• To initiate action plan for non-conformance identified & apply Corrective & Preventive ACTION.• To ensure effective operations of supply chain management personnel, personnel for raw materials and finished goods management and its storage.• Periodically review and report the performance of each sub-process of SCM, planning management and effectively manage targets fixed by the management.• To organize , convince and review timely scheduling, target matching and improve efficacy of process.• Working out the human and material resources needed.• Handling Customer Complaint Analysis and ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels• Applying the methods of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for analyzing data and ensuring quality.• Monitoring each and every stations and Recording the Wastage level in every stations and making the comparison statement to reduce the Wastage.• Internal process verification for effective process / process control.• Effective implementation of ISO 9001:2008 procedures and instructions and ensure optimum utilization of Quality Management System(QMS)• Preparing BOMs.• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
