• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based), interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments
• Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments, from Graduate Campaigns to specific client Recruitment Days and Summits
• Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation
• Have an active Client facing role, while supporting the Business Development team in developing our Key Accounts and Growth Accounts
• Responsible for client and candidate communication throughout all assignments

• Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
• Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for multinationals.
• Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system ….
• Track record of developing Comprehensive marketing and business development strategies.
• Experience in Domestic and International Market on IT and Non-IT vertical “SKILLED, SEMI SKILLED, UNSKILLED”
