CurrentIn charge for overall operations in Logistics and Supply Chain locally as well as Internationally for all their 16 Branches located in the Middle East, Egypt, Nigeria, India, Jordan, Algeria, Pakistan. Dubai Office being served as Head Office and all Operations are controlled by Dubai office and also we provide Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions from time to time.Negotiating with International suppliers for All Branch’s for their specific requirements in field of Construction Chemicals, Oil and Gas, testing, durability or quality. Maintain updated Inventory of materials and focus on conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders and thus reducing internal order processing lead time.Involved in review of pending Import/Export and Cross Trade Purchase Orders on a regular basis, expediting the shipments, ensure compliance to delivery schedules in movement/clearance of inbound/outbound shipments to avoid or minimize demurrages & port storage charges for all consignments.Effective Freight Management. Conduct freight analysis & appoint Logistics service provider for various sectors, ensure Cost savings through administration of Freight agreements.Coordinate with the Regional Manager in establishing & monitoring Suppliers and Local Banks.Negotiating Spot rates with Shipping lines and overseas agents for Import/Export & Cross Trade shipments.Maintaining Healthy relationship with Client Managers for Banks like HSBC, EmiratesNBD, NBAD, Blom Bank France SA.Negotiating good deals with Suppliers and Logistics Service Provider/Freight Forwarders to maximize profit for the Company.Excellent knowledge of preparing documents for negotiation under Letter of Credits, Documents on Collection Basis, Documents on Avalized Draft Basis through Banks. Bank Guarantees, Good working knowledge of UCP 600. Familiar with Key Articles of Collection Rules URC522, Familiar with Special Types of Letter of Credits.
