1.Assist with the management of the Sales Team in all aspects relating to Box Office including training and benchmarking.2. Make sure the Sales Team are following policy and procedure, dealing with patrons efficiently and accurately.3. Ensure that any cashing up is done accurately and in line with policy at the end of each shift assisting in rectifying discrepancies that arise. 4. Managing and scheduling the ICA Sales Team social media.
