• Daily communication with dealing room to get work orders.• Completes the loading and entry of data relevant to every deal and taking required actions to execute the deal done by the dealer. • Prepare the notices and payment orders required for the correspondent banks to transfer the amounts as per the deal. Makes sure that entry is correct.• Answering the enquiries from domestic and foreign branches as well as the other banks concerning any problems related to deals to remedy and end the problems.• Prepare statistical reports to send them to the concerned parties on time. • Follow up the branches obligations to the liquidity ratio requirements • Prepare the approvals for exporting banknote and send the relevant notices to the Central Bank as per instructions.• Review counter fit and shortage in banknote operations with domestic and foreign banks to cover the bank's obligations. • Make sure of the reconciliation of pending items and taking the necessary actions in coordination with all relevant parts for settlement of such items.• Contact with branches and foreign banks to follow up and confirm correct execution of deals. • Handling the cash flow for all the bank currencies with all the bank correspondents (cash management)
