• To lead a team to achieve the overall Client Requirements for the Project.• Ensuring timely completion and Handing over the Project.• Managing a team of Engineers, Supervisors and Foreman’s for Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System, Gas suppression system Projects.• Create Innovative and Cost Effective Design Concepts & erection.• Attaining project related meeting from client, consultants etc.• Preparing Material Approval Submittal & BOQ• Material follow-up for dispatch.• Preparing project progress status report for management review.• Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity.• Preparing record of executed work i.e. reports after execution, daily progress report.• Inspecting the work as per drawing and standards and maintaining the record of inspection.• Preparing Invoice for supply of materials and executed work at site and payment follow up.• Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Hydrant system, Pump room, Sprinkler systems, Spray system, Fire Alarm and Detection system, Gas Suppression Systems.
