Senior Accountant
Current• Handling full spectrum of financial and accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, bank reconciliation etc.• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.• Responsible for timely consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting to CFO.• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.• Produces payroll by initiating computer processing as per WPS.• Completing internal audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for external auditors.• Secures financial information by completing database backups.• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.• Monitor and mentor/train staff, clerks, and bookkeepers.• Preparing, estimating and tracking tax payments as per FTA, UAE.• Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
