Business Operation - Managed Learning Services (MLS) for a global account.Client Industry - Pharmaceutical• Identify priorities and set schedules as required to ensure learning deliverables are met.• Engage instructor and participants with all details and requirements for the program to ensure successful learning event delivery.• Monitor costs associated with each course and ensure purchase order is generated.• Create, schedule, and administer enrolments for learning events in the learning management system – SAP SuccessFactors.• Monitor participation numbers, to ensure minimum delegate numbers are achieved and highlight low enrolments to appropriate point of contact.• Adjust class offerings/schedules, vendors, catering arrangements, and locations based on scheduled offerings.• Ensure all course invitations and pre-work are distributed in advance and classes are prepared and properly equipped for each event per outlined requirements.• Coordinate with internal and external vendors to arrange conference centres, trainers, catering and classroom set-up.• Maintain learner attendance rosters and participant history data in designated system of record.• Distribute and collect evaluations from learning event attendees.Technology:• SAP SuccessFactors (LMS)• ISOtrain (LMS)• Degreed (LXP)• ServiceNow (Ticketing tool)• QuickBase• Miro (online collaborative whiteboard platform)• Coupa
