Responsibilities-Responsible for Improvement & Standardization of UTR rates across 4 LM Amazon Delivery Stations -Deployment & audit of New/Existing Process Standards and upgrades within the delivery station partnering with station management and several stakeholders-Support development and continuous piloting of process improvements and ongoing benchmarking initiatives-To Driver process excellence within our Last mile Delivery business-Lead and design process governance for Delivery associates working hours and head room utilization.

Responsibilities:-Monitoring plant production to ensure consistent material flow and quality.-Supervising and leading a team of 90 workers and foreman on daily basis at shop floor-Controlling flow of work to meet demand by assessing equipment performance, reviewing materials supplies and organizing manpower.-Utilized lean practices to balance workflow and alleviate redundancy.Achievements :-Assisted EHS dept in improving housekeeping on Shop Floor by 30%-Coordinated with Sales team to optimize order intakes as per Sweet Spot of Mills

• Guide the 1st year Engineering students in their lab component of the course• Explain and demonstrate the theoretical concepts, aim, need, procedure and analysis of the experiments• Assisted in doing experiments and evaluations

- Worked on KHDA Student Registration for new academic year- Coordinated with HOD's to compile the annual year report of BITS, Dubai

• Guide the 1st year Engineering students in their lab component of the course• Explain and demonstrate the theoretical concepts, aim, need, procedure and analysis of the experiments• Assist the students during the experiment, check observation and calculations
