Mechanical Engineer
Current• Manage site and execute project as per approved quotation; maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports as per site• Inspect site and control material of welding joints and installation works; prepare & post Daily work schedule for all the working site in coordination with all project engineer• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams operating in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment• Create BOQ for projects based on approved shop drawings; prepare BOQ during estimation for accurate costing• Produce well written reports and technical specification; prepare associate quotation & variation claim as per requirements• Work on Air Conditioning Heat Load Calculation on HAP Software; Pipe Selection – MS and Copper – liquid, suction and discharge piping design according to heat loads, pressure drops and velocity calculations; selection of Equipment - Compressor, evaporative condenser, Coolers, expansion valve, hot gas defrost valve, Refrigerant and chilled water pump• Responsible for planning work flow with deadlines (Piping, electrical, Wiring and control panel works, testing and commissioning) using Microsoft projects• Coordinate with all the discipline(Refrigeration works,Civil, Electrical, Plumbing & Drain works, Firefighting and Interior works) and manage to complete as per the Works based in accordance with deadline and all the safety parameters were Followed as per Dubai Municipality instruction• Design the P& ID for the refrigeration piping for Ammonia Plant room• Supply and install refrigerant piping, aluminum cladding and Pu foam injection, Evaporators, High Bay light in cold room, Chemical Dosing System• Place equipment in the plant room; prepare Bill of Quantities; pipe Coloring & identification labels as per IIAR Standard’s
