• Leading the regional HR, payroll & HRIS implementation roadmap including new country expansions, M&A integrations, Spinoff, and applications transformations globally for PayPal.
• Lead and provide subject matter guidance to the Global payroll teams on the BAU and statutory changes or any payroll implementations across regions with Payroll vendors.
• Partner with the head of Global HRIS, Payroll, HR, T&A and Finance to support projects focused on process improvement & optimization that enhance HRIS/payroll/reporting/GL processes aimed at increasing efficiency.
• One of the key responsibilities is to make sure the HR integrations (HRIS, Workday and SAP) are working properly and all the enhancements, new processes are discussed and prioritised with the HRIS global lead for APAC.
• Responsible for the accurate and efficient delivery of the payroll data to the vendors, Inputs, outputs, and statutory filings, respectively. Make sure there is no compliance issues.
• Responsible to close all the regional payrolls on time without any impact on the pre-defined schedules and support the accounting team to close the books on time.

• End to End Implementation of SumTotal products for enterprise, large and mid-level segments for on-premises, hosted, and SAAS customers.
• Post-sales handover performs kick-off, discovery, process, and configuration workshops and provide admin training to the customer, data migration activities & provide support/consulting during the UAT till go-live.
• Gathering all the business requirements from the clients and documenting in BRD, Bpd, and tech specs and configuring the system as per the needs.
• Implementing LMS, talent, recruitment, and WFM as per sow for the customers across the globe and travel onsite to conduct workshops as per the project needs.
• Leading the implementation by arranging the required training/ coaching/ workshop both onsite and virtual sessions. Along with IC play a PM role for all the small and medium clients.
• Design and execute the Agile model and perform system integration, unit, and user acceptance tests. Make sure all the env are synched with each other. Ensure a smooth transition to support based on the agreed SLA.

Mauritius

Implementing the in house Cloud based ERP product DayForce for its clients across North America and Canada. Leading the workshops starting from the Requirements gathering to GoLive. Configuration, testing and cutover activities during the GoLive has been the key responsibilities. Worked on different modules like Payroll, core HR, talent, LMS etc.

• Had been a key resource for implementation by working closely on functional requirements by analysing the scope, feasibility with the workday, SAP, and SF.
• Integrating the in-house application with SAP, SF and workday and making sure that the outbound and inbound interfaces are behaving as expected and adhering to the legislative needs.
• Preparing the business object documents and PICOF files manually and transmitting them into the backend SF/WD.
• Configuring the basic functionalities in the workday and SuccessFactors and testing them before delivering them.
