Visual inspection of track assets to identify and report defects that cause safety incidents, such as broken rails, switches, crossing etc.Exhibit regular inspection such as detailed inspection of switches and crossings, Servicing inspection, gauging inspection and plain line inspection.Assisting district engineer/section engineer in RailReplacement and de-stressing level 1 and 2.Supervision of Arc Welding, Grinding using frog grinder, Thermite welding works for the rail defect removal.Scheduling Tamping plans based on priority and supervision of Manual Tamping and lifting process.Inspection of plain line according to the data's collected/ recorded by Cab riding, TGIV etc.Documentation of identified defects and rectified defects in respective Technical engineering forms (TEF).Identifying and replacement of Defective rail components such as Switch rollers, Fasteners, fast clips, rail pad, chair etc.Critical rail temperature management.

Reviewing IFC/DD Drawings and various documents such as material submittal, method statements, Inspection, and test plans (ITP), Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Project specifications.Performing visual inspection of all Earthwork, Soil replacement, concrete structures, steel structuresArchitectural finishing, waterproofing, Bedding under GRP Pipes, roads and yards, security fence, lighting foundation, and all underground utilities.Checking of steel Reinforcement and formwork as per drawing for different components of building like Raft, Footing, Columns, Retaining Wall, Core Wall, Beams, Slab, etc.Issuing quality remarks sheets to report any findings and follow up with the execution team to close findings.Submitting Inspection Requests (IR's) and Material Inspections (MIR's) to consultants for approval.Conduct site inspection with consultant/Client Engineer to get approval.Monitoring all ongoing repair works activities and to ensure that the repair is complying to the recommendations and specifications.Witnessing field test of concrete pouring and ensure result are satisfactory and all records filed properly.Coordination and witnessing with the third-party technicians for FDT/NDT and Plate load tests.Coordinate and assist construction team to resolve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities.Delivering the specific work procedures training and toolbox talks to the site teams and subcontractors.Very aware of construction sequences and can prepare Inspection schedules.Reporting the non-conformance (NCR) and corrective action request (CAR) by strictly following the project quality plans and procedures.Preparing weekly QA/QC reports stating all activities performed in the past days and highlighting critical issues.Inspection of all incoming materials to ensure that materials are following respective specifications/contract requirements.

Coordinate and manage all the quality site inspection with the QA/QC Inspectors.Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and coordinate with variousteams to perform quality on processesEnsure material specifications and construction works are complying with the quality standards andproject specification.Attend the weekly Site walk through with the client and responsible for the closing of open issuesfound during the site walk through.Attend the coordination meeting with sub-contractors/suppliers for Quality related issuesEnsure all the QA/QC documentation and logs are compiled and completed as per daily inspection.Conducted inspections for incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual andmeasurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materialsReview Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), site quality procedures and other related qualitydocumentations.Ensure proper interaction and coordination with Client representative, Independent TestingLaboratory, and site team for Project coordination

Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Program and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications. Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities. Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work. Involves in the inspection of rail track with the temporary fasteners fixed to it prior to the concreting, Handling concreting works of plinth after installation of rebar and formworks, Overseeing QC check of geometry of the installation of turnouts prior to the concreting, Handling pre grouting, post grouting turnouts, post concreting repairs of plinth. Handling the team of Destressing of continuous welded rails. Supervising Power rail installation.QUALITY ASSURANCE:Leading the implementation of qualitative assurance for the approved method statement, work in progress across various functional departments.Mentoring & directing quality - routine and non routine issues by interacting with concerned departments such as purchase, etc. of projects till completion.
