•The QHSE Manager's role is to lead the development and implementation of the organization's overall strategy. This includes the implementation of the quality, safety and environmental programs, and communicating company’s performance, disclosing significant events as well as support executive leadership and stakeholders within the business in developing business strategies, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives, key risk management, and drive the business and project initiatives by managing the budget, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and promoting a culture of safety and resilience. Also be responsible for managing the organization's people, operations, commercial activities, marketing, and maintenance functions through audits and follow-up the Quality objectives.

• The role of Quality Manager is to coordinate the implementation of the quality programs, safety programs and environmental programs to prevent and or correct unsafe environmental working conditions, while providing support to the management team, supervisors, coordinators, and employees in executing their job tasks safely.

1-Conduct QMS and Project Audits as assigned by QA Manager, Independently and as part of Audit Team to verify compliance. 2-Initiated and completed regular audits on inter-departmental functions.Monitored and performed auditing on operational processes, documentation, and policies3-Identified and implemented correction action from cooperation of the management4-Scheduled and executed audits as necessary and according to management's policies5-Work with the BPM team in identifying and developing right key performance indicators ensuring that they have a valid correlation and are aligned to the organization’s strategy and business objectives.6-Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of data; conduct analysis of variables / indicators affecting business performance either individually or in conjunction with the Strategy Manager.7-Design, and provide accurate and analytical reports that help in developing proper assessment of business performance and recommendations for improvement.8- Assist the Strategy Manager in the process of conducting periodic strategy review meeting with the Executive Team / Division Teams / Department Teams9-Report and Develop on performance of the KPIs using the Business Performance Measurement BPM at defined intervals10-Revise / Refresh KPIs when required. Update Targets and Measures when agreed by the Executive Management.
