- Led a team of six members in my committee to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management plan for the fraternity, considering potential risks and hazards associated with activities, events, and the chapter house-Educated potential new members about chapter rules and regulations and the standard at which Alpha Tau Omega operates in both professionally and academically -Assisted scholarship chairman to develop strategies to ensure all members GPA was up to par with chapter and university standards (chapter GPA was calculated at a school high 3.5/4 for all Greek organizations)
