In a proficient manner, I managed a diverse portfolio of both residential and commercial properties. My role included overseeing the complex task of reinstating and commissioning major mechanical and electrical systems, as well as managing all aspects of landscaping.One of my key achievements was effectively sourcing and procuring technical equipment from various international suppliers to support the reinstatement works of the Sheraton Hotel in Hanoi. This involved meticulous coordination and attention to detail to ensure the successful integration of the necessary equipment.Moreover, I took charge of the preparation of sub-contract tendering documents. This included crafting a comprehensive bill of quantities, defining a clear scope of work, and establishing general terms and conditions. These documents played a crucial role in ensuring smooth collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers, contributing to the overall success of the project.

In my role as Head of the Engineering and Support Department and Operations Manager for the Central Region, I expertly managed the daily operations of two esteemed buildings, Menara HLA and HP Towers, owned by the Hong Long Group in Kuala Lumpur.One of my notable accomplishments was the planning and execution of annual evacuation drills at both Menara HLA and HP Towers. Ensuring the safety and preparedness of occupants in these prestigious buildings was a top priority, and these drills played a crucial role in achieving that goal.I also undertook the responsibility of overseeing and monitoring operational budgets and cash flow projections. This involved meticulous attention to financial details and effective allocation of resources to maintain the smooth functioning of these prominent properties.
