▼Contribute to all Food Safety and Quality Management programs, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.▼Making sure the processes are carried on by the relevant standards. ▼Follow up on the production parameters to ensure compliance with the system.▼Contribute to all continuous improvement programs. ▼Leading the RCA process at the shift level. ▼Work to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure that complaints are monitored, and corrective actions taken. ▼Deliver food safety and quality training to personnel and newly hired employees.▼Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interface. ▼Support the risk-based decision-making at the shift level.

▼Implementing in-house and statutory speci cations and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, Food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection.▼Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems. ▼Monitoring the production parameters of products including CCPs and OPRPs. ▼Following up and monitoring the sampling plan. ▼Following up plant CIP and COP processes. ▼Conducting GMP audits regularly.▼Implementing and maintaining OEDM standards (e.g., 5S; standardized work).▼Notifying the line manager of deviations.▼Supporting Quality Excellence Management in processing customer complaints. ▼Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interface.

▼In-Process Quality Control Testing (for material/product release). ▼Inspect fnished products against the Finished Product Specification Packaging Standard. ▼Review QA Related SOPs. ▼Assisting the QA Manager in garnering information by reporting daily. ▼Temperature and humidity control data monitoring. ▼Hold and release the stored products according to specifications. ▼Performing daily tours in the warehouse to detect any non-conformance. ▼Ensuring the implementation of relevant GHP's, GSP's and other quality requirements. ▼Participate in problem-solving and root-cause analysis procedures.
