During this position, I was chosen to redesign and set effective workflow for the finance team in the South of Yemen, due to that the quality of work in the south and supplier satisfaction increased. Designed cost allocation scheme to allocate all the indirect costs to the ongoing projects and identified the unbudgeted costs and where to allocate them in upcoming projects.

I was responsible for auditing NGOs, and some of the petroleum companies. During this, I led a team of two and designed audit plans to test the effectiveness of the internal controls, performed analytical tests of major accounts, and provided explanations to the management on the variances. Proposed adjusting entries and participated in drafting management letters where we explained the implications of the weakness of the controls noted during the audit. Participated in preparing financial statements.
