Manage the GFA, CVTN, RRM and FFA projects IN three governorates (Hajjah, Raymah, Sana'a).Work together with M&E department in the preparation of the MEAL reports (PDMs, DDMs, and Evaluation reports.Submit distribution and dispatching plans, timeline plans, CPDRs, monthly reports to WFP, UNFPA, and FSAC.Ensure that DDRs, CDRs are tracked through the HTS system on daily basis.Follow up with WFP hubs and UNFPA for approval and support when required.Ensure that hotline cases and TPM are updated in the MEF System.Coordinate with local authorities in order to facilitate the implementing of the projects activities.Coordinate with internal departments such as Logistic, HR, Finance and operation.Create and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management.Represent RI in several meetings, clusters with Huminterian clusters, WFP hubs, UNFPA, and FSAC hubs.Supervise Scope targeting and registration for WFP-GFD project in Aden.Train DIFAC, SUFAC,EFAC for WFP targeting and registration process and targeting criteria.

Create a daily report on food vouchers distribution ( FVD ) process during the distributions days and submit it to the donor .Submit reports to PM,MEAL department, FSAC, and internal departments.Supervise targeting and registration of WFP-EFA project.Work along with WFP in scope registration in Aden.Ensuring that the data recorded on the data collection forms is entered onto the specific database completely and accurately.Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with theline supervisor.Maintaining adequate records, keeping an up to date filing system.Ensuring that appropriate security measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access to data, in accordance with organization security regulations.Participate in the development of a comprehensive database.

Collect and review the data of food voucher and GFD beneficiaries on monthly basis during the distribution Sana’a and Hajjah.Create a daily report on food vouchers distribution ( FVD ) process during the distributions days and submit it to the DMO .Prepare the beneficiaries updated list for the next distribution for Sana’a and Hajjah before ten days of the distribution, and submit it to DMO.Ensuring that the data recorded on the data collection forms is entered into the specific database completely and accurately.Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriates action in discussion with DMO.In coordination with MEAL Department I do a regularly data analyzing and summarization , and help ensuring a high-quality reporting for regular, interim and final reports.Work in collaboration with the Data Management Officer (DMO) to provide a timely reports and data summaries.

Distribute food voucher to beneficiaries after insuring the national ID card with organization ID card .Prepare and submit daily distribution reports to project management .Enter registration data into beneficiaries database.Enter post distribution monitoring survey data into PDM database.Enter feedback/ compliance data into Feedback-Compliance database.
