Since first of January 2012 I joined Arabian Computing System and worked as IT Security Specialist in General Directory of Water in Eastern Region (GDWER). My day work is to monitor and maintain routers and switches in the main site and branches. I also maintain firewalls and security appliances. During this time I supervised project of upgrading the network and security in my work place data center. The project gave experience in state of the art technology like Cisco Nexus 7K and Cisco ISE plus proxy solutions (BlueCoat), malware protection (FireEye), Cisco ASA firewall and IPS, Cisco Access control system, Cisco Wireless Controller and cisco 6k switches.

In 3rd of October 2010 I joined Mena Business & Services as Help Desk Analyst. My responsibility is to provide high quality support related to networking and computer (Hardware/Software), SAP applications and communications problems to Saudi Aramco employees worldwide.

I have good experience in data network technology that I spend almost 9 months implementing Giga Ethernet Projects and troubleshooting data network problems in Shaybah field. I am familiar with alcatel switches and cisco switches/routers.I have experience also in video conference system operation and maintenance. Also part of my job was to help end users in any software problem "IT Help Desk". I worked for Aramco contractor named Al Hajjri Overseas From first of July 2009 to March 2010.
