Job Responsibilities:Maintaining the most popular tower in Makkah (Clock Tower) networks, ensuring smoothing and constant operations and services for all hosted shops and five stars hotels. Working 24/7 with thousands of different network devices to guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction. Some of the common network tasks include, but are not limited to the following activities:+ Installing, replacing, and upgrading multi-vendors network devices (i.e: Cisco, Juniper, Nortel, HP, Aruba).+ Monitoring, tuning, and optimizing the network by using network monitoring tools and software such as solarwinds and WhatsUp Gold.+ Technical support and consulting assistance for our clients locally and remotely.+ Documenting the network with all details and diagrams and keeping them up to date.+ Installing, configuring, and maintaining WiFi devices and controllers for multiple vendors such as Aruba, Cisco, and Fortinet.+ Designing, planning, establishing, and optimizing wired and wireless networks.+ Securing the network from threats (both internal and external, including Firewall configurations) as per the latest recommendations and best practices.+ Cooperating with other teams to ensure the stability of other services such as IPTV, IP telephony, and the Internet.+ Planning for network expansions, upgrades, or enhancements.+ Scheduling regular backups and restoring services/network from backups.+ Ensuring fulfillment and compliance with regulations and policies of corporate.+ Troubleshooting networking problems and reporting incidents.+ Performing preventive maintenance for all devices on regular bases.

Job Responsibilities:+ Installing, replacing, and configuring network devices.+ Maintaining and upgrading devices software.+ Planning and documenting low-level network design for new projects including network diagrams, IP schemes, device configurations, and integration with other systems and third parties.+ Performing preventive maintenance for devices on clients’ sites on regular bases.+ Planning for network expansions, upgrades, or enhancements+ Performing site surveys for new or existing sites for new installation or upgrading.+ Designing, installing, and optimizing wireless networks.+ Recommending, deploying, and configuring wireless devices (standalone or controller based).+ Performing Predictive/Passive/Active Wireless Site Surveys (Using AirMagnet/Ekahau).+ Service-based WiFi design to support data traffic, RFID tracking systems, RTLS or VoWiFi through Wi-Fi networks.
