I worked as a MI Analyst for RGF Staffing in the recruitment industry. I give the executive management with a comprehensive perspective of account performance throughout the MSP and RPO divisions.As the lone MI Analyst on my team, I've had exposure to many different aspects of the business, which has helped me develop my skills. I gather and analyse data from a variety of sources on a regular basis in order to provide helpful information on recruitment costs and savings. Some days, I utilise SQL to extract data from our in-house CMS, using clauses and expressions like JOINs to combine, filter and cleanse complex databases. Provide MI data to a variety of clients/senior management, and as a result, I've worked with a variety of VMS/CMS, including Bullhorn, eRecruit, Simplify, Fieldglass, and Beeline, and I'm confident in my ability to create bespoke reports as needed. I cleanse and break down data in MS Excel to make it more understandable. VLookups, MACROs/VBA, and PowerQuery are some of the advanced Excel tools I employ. I've used these tools to automate repeating Daily/Monthly reports and build user guides for other users whenever possible.  I took the lead on putting MS Power Bi on current MI packs, which allowed me to show data to clients in an engaging and understandable manner, which is very useful when meeting with clients. I enjoy working with Power Bi, and I believe the possibilities are limitless. I'm also a member of the team in charge of the data migration for our current CMS. My responsibility is to create and manage the reports and database. This requires me to speak with all of the company's departments, determine the reporting requirements, and implement them using IBM Cognos on Canvas platform for Bullhorn.

I began my career at the AA as a Customer Advisor and have been fortunate enough to be sent to many departments and sectors of the company. During my time here, I have acquired a variety of talents, but it was in the Real-Time department that I discovered my passion for data analysis. Reporting on call center metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average call abandonment rate, average time in queue, service level, average handle time, and so on. Set schedules and determine resource requirements for special projects by collaborating across departments. Create Power Bi dashboards with brief call statistics to assist call handlers. Scheduled staff and resources for day-to-day office activities as well as special projects. Coordinated fast, accurate clerical work for forms, files, and general data entry Established clear procedures for teamwork, document tracking, and data reporting. Employed excellent time-management skills to maximise task completion and reduce errors. I was a member of a small team in charge of system modifications; we devised a procedure for handling phone enquiries more quickly while still using the legacy system. Introduced best practice policy to staff by introducing ‘call media’ and explaining how this software will essentially make the working day easier as well as give the best service to customers. This had a major impact on AHT (Average handle time) Implemented ‘blue sky thinking’ on how to improve the new system, which is due to be introduced in a few months’ time. Hitting targets, conversion rates in terms of sales as an individual but also working towards team’s targets and aims set by management. Know how to upsell and cross-sell products to customers following regulations set by the company and keeping up to date with any new products.
