Key accomplishments and responsibilities include:• Formulating and communicating a clear vision of program goals and strategies to team members, local beneficiaries, international partners, governmental counterparts, and donors.• Prioritizing and organizing actions and resources to achieve the organization's objectives, and evaluating program priorities within the country and region.• Identifying and presenting project funding opportunities that leverage impact and integrate initiatives and activities, and supporting related fundraising activities with both institutional and private donors.• Collaborating with technical support teams to ensure successful implementation of programs.• Coordinating overall country budget, managing spending within approved levels and establishing an annual cash flow plan to ensure adequate funds for program activities.Through my leadership, we achieved significant growth in program impact and reach, expanding our services to new regions and communities in Jordan.
