• City Centre Me'Aisem - Majid Al Futhaim• City Centre Al Shindagha - Majid Al Futhaim• My City Centre Al Barsha - Majid Al Futtaim• My City Centre Masdar - Majid Al Futtaim• Solar Plants (30 MW) - Carrefour, Majid Al Futhaim, TECOM & TOTAL Group• Responsible for effective Operations, Maintenance Management, and Reliability of Approx. 290,000 Sqm for all kinds of HVAC systems, Mechanical, Electrical & and systems (Compressors, Chillers, AHU, FCU & and FAHU related chilled water pumps, Fire Fighting and fire detection and suppression, Building Management Systems, UPS, Generator, Clean room, dehumidification, RO or DI treatment systems, Heat Exchanger,• Experienced in the Mobilization of new projects and conducting initial performance testing of equipment, acceptance testing, snagging, and preparing compliance reports for all the equipment installed during the construction process to ensure adherence. • Preparing and categorizing assets as per ISO 55000 in CAFM or CMMS and implementing maintenance and reliability schedules for all assets• Identifying all HSE-related hazards (HAZOP) and implementing properly documented permit-to-work strategies to control contractor access management. • Conducting Pareto Analysis of data from CAFM or CMMS system to identify frequent failures and prepare a strategy and develop a process to minimize MTTR on critical assets. • Analyze and identify infant mortality failures, random failures, and age-related failures to better optimize maintenance plans and eliminate defects. • Strong Financial knowledge and independently prepared OPEX & CAPEX budgets for the last 8 years. • Initiated ASHRAE Audits, and developed and implemented an energy management program that saved 29% in energy costs. • Data Analysis, Measurement, and Verification (M&V) of all Energy-related data to develop key insights into energy optimization • Prepare SOP, KPI, and SLAs to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
