Moreover, I’ve extensive experience in managing finance departments and staff remotely such as in Syria, Libya, Albania, Russia, and Bosnia. I hold the position of Regional Finance Management & Finance Development Delegate at International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies-South Asia and has previously served as ARC's Regional Financial Controller to USAID regional projects based in Jordan in Economic Development Program and maintaining quality control of technical reports and milestones and overseeing the field office team and project management unit at HQ. In addition, I was responsible for capturing management on proposal efforts in economic growth and provide overall direction to teaming, win strategy, recruitment, and technical financial approach. Currently, I lead and provides strategic direction to the finance team’s Asia focus group.I’ve strong intercultural, analytic, and problem-solving skills, I’m dully experienced in capacity building and training field staff on federal regulation and agency policies, procedures, internal controls, administration, and financial reporting. Recently, I worked with Building Markets through Orange organizations as a trainer for the non-profit organizations that are working in Turkey for Syrians organizations. In addition, I had worked with other organizations such as HAD-UK as a trainer in Turkey, Erbil & Amman. Also, I am a financial consultant for some NGOs.I have a deep knowledge of USAID and US Government funding systems, trends, and regulations.
