DESIGNATION Warehouse SupervisorReporting to Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Planning and Managing all Inbound operations for almost 90 agenciesManaging Outbound activities that holds a fleet of almost 30 trucks, serving over 600 value added customers on ABC level.Organizing storage, distribution and inventory operations in main warehouse and as well as 3 satellite warehouses.Executing the plans to maximize the storage space with safety measures.Localize best practices in terms of logistics & distribution to ensure low inventory & operational, storage costs.Responsible to be in touch with central managements to keep informed of space becoming available, identify and deliver initiatives to enhance business, increase and improve sales.Reviews records/ reports for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures.Coordinate with merchandise planner and buyers to ensure end to end processes are efficient and aligned.Communicate and advise up to Operational Manager & Supply Chain Manager on issues and performance to drive improvement.Coordinate with shops and 3 PL to ensure distribution, inventory efficiencies and product lifecyclesCoordination with HR, Sales, Supply Chain, Clients and Custom clearing agent.Managing fuel cost efficiency.Interacting with transporters and suppliers.Conducting training sessions for staffs.Evaluating the staffs appraisals in frequent intervals & brainstorming sessions for analyzing the staffs productivityImplementation of WMS (Warehouse Management System - SAP)
