Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assignedengineering projects.• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements andrepresenting them in the field.• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’sperformance) and report regularly on project status. Preparing the Shop drawing.• Prepare the Total productivity (TDP) of the technicians on daily basis Comparethe Total Productivity of technicians with planed revenue on monthly basis.• Compare with Estimated cost with actual cost.• Perform as cost controller.• Prepare the monthly Revenue Chart with TDP.• Crosschecking with the TDP and Collection, which should be match (acceptableof 1% difference).• Preparing the Budget plan current and projected.• Introduced the Bonus scheme for the technicians based on the Performance,which can increase the Productivity.

• Preparing all the technical office work for testing commissioning and balancing.• Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, documents for testing commissioning and pre commissioning.• Reading the submittals completely to take out data required for checking the performance of AHU, FCU,FANS, PUMPS, CHILLERS.• Reading all the Shop drawings, AS-Built drawings for complete HVAC (Air and Water Side) System.• Ability to lead complete project with handling all issues and cooperate with all other department (Electrical, Civil, etc.,).• Coordinating project allocated & Commissioning personnel daily tasks.• Preparation of project tracker for reviewing the progress of the project.• Solving technical issues and helping technicians to carry out the work in a correct manner.• Preparing the technical reports after the balancing of the HVAC system.• Handing over to the client after the consultant’s inspection and approval for each system.
