- A single point of contact between IT and the business, per business domain with a special focus on CBS systems.- Act as main expertise center for FCUBS and provide needed support to different stakeholders regarding CBS features & capabilities. - Analyze business requirements and elaborate opportunity/feasibility study to Head of IT Business Development in coordination with Others IT / Business stakeholders.- Accountable for all interactions between IT and the significant part of a Business line / service category consumers. - Ensure that all stakeholders sign-up to the project pipelines and deliver to the agreed plan, adhering to standard processes for order book management, project recording, tracking and reporting. - Participate in building business case and Request for Proposal (RFP) process cycle.- Convert the BRD (Business requirement document) into FSD (functional specs document).- Coordinate with the Project Managers / PMO to report status and issue escalation & resolution for all order book items and operational matters for the significant part of a Business line / service category consumers. Efficient elimination of project conflicts at the planning stage and to allow effective resource management.- Remain up-to-date with trends in regulatory directions, translating ITs’ strategy into relevant context for the significant part of a Business line / service category consumers.

- Handle all Flexcube Core Banking System parameterizations for all Credit Agricole S.A subsidiaries (Albania, Bulgaria, and Romania).- Work closely with problem management team and keep track of all problems and issues reported by the subsidiaries- Work on problem investigation and resolution for supported systems.- Provide updates to users on problems and projects.- Analyze functional specifications against requirements for new projects and customization. (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking).- Development of PL/SQL modules for Flexcube Interface Layer (FCIL).- Follow up EOD Process as End of Day Contact point officer.

- Work as Core team member in the new Core Banking Project (FLEXCUBE). - Attendance of FLEXCUBE explanation and training sessions and Study most of FLEXCUBE modules as such as : * CIF – Customer Information File. * Corporate Loan. * CASA - Current and Saving Account, including TDs – Term Deposit, CDs – Certificate of Deposit, ODs – Overdraft, IC – Investment Certificate. - FT – Fund Transfer.- Works on two Versions of FLEXCUBE (FCR - FCC) and FCUBS.- Works in CIF Module - parameterization and migration.- Works in CASA Module - parameterization and migration.- Developing of programs for CASA data migration in order to transform, enrich and cleansing the Legacy data and make it valid and ready to upload to FLEXCUBE system.
