It Manager
Current• Manage and develop IT infrastructure, including budgeting and planning, ensuring technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software, and monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure maximum access.• Perform other related duties as required during working hours, such as maintaining equipment, installing software, and troubleshooting problems.• Install and configure network equipment, including firewalls, Switches, VPNs, Windows servers, Office365, Azure Exchange, domain controllers, SQL servers, Vlans, VMware, Linux, IP Telephony(VOIP), network storage devices, and VPSs.• Install and configure software, such as Windows, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office. Analyze ledgers and accounts to allow the reconciliation of financial data according to stated schedules so that the company remains aware of its financial position on an ongoing basis and statutory reports can be produced within legislative time limits.• Prepare non-routine financial data for management attention as requested in order to support management decision-making.• Ensure that all transactions and reports are processed according to externally defined legislation and guidelines so that the company fulfils all legislative reporting requirements.
