CurrentAs an IT leader at IPL/Dyno Nobel, I oversee the optimal management of critical IT services, including Data Centers Hosting, Cloud, Collaboration, SAP Basis, Server/Storage, Backup/DR, and Identity Management, influencing priorities and decisions across the enterprise to ensure alignment with the organization strategy and goals.A significant aspect of my role involves managing, coaching, and leading a diverse global team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation among the Infrastructure, Collaboration and SAP Basis Engineers.Additionally, I am responsible for managing key resources, relationships, budgets, contracts, and SLAs associated with service providers across these IT services. I regularly schedule, manage, and lead Steering Committee meetings with project stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals.Part of my strategic responsibilities include managing budgetary and cost savings initiatives across the infrastructure services. I develop transformation strategies to shift towards a Cloud-native application architecture model, ensuring reliable support of commercial-off-the-shelf solutions and enterprise systems.I also develop strategies to address infrastructure technical debt, establish process improvement approaches, and identify critical dependencies to support organizational goals and direction globally.Furthermore, I oversee the development of infrastructure architecture patterns and standards for data centers, Cloud, and Edge infrastructure services, considering security and governance requirements.I strive to increase the reliability of IT services by addressing business partner pain points through systemic solutions such as problem management, automation, self-service, and optimized processes. Moreover, I oversee measurement, reporting, and monitoring metrics to guide process improvement efforts, addressing operational inefficiencies effectively.
