Ø Ensure product quality as per given standards for GRP,GRE,GRV Pipes, fittings, manhole covers, chambers and custom molded products.Ø Research and development in new thermosetting resin properties, fiberglass composition, filler content, fiber waste content, gel time, and curing characteristics.Ø Carrying out and documenting ASTM, BS, and ISO standard tests for fiber reinforced thermosetting resin composite pipes, fittings, and manhole covers.Ø Experience in operation and maintenance of UTM, Stiffness testing machine, hoop tensile machine, compression testing, hydraulic pressure testing rig, and Differential Scanning Calorimetry.Ø Preparing QA/QC Reports, MTC, Raw Material Inspection report as per company IMS.Ø Carrying out destructive and non-destructive mechanical tests such as axial tensile, hoop tensile,compressive strength, stiffness, flexural strength, hydrostatic pressure test, bending test, Impact Test, etc. according to various ASTM, BS, ISO, and API Standards.Ø Carrying out Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) thermal analysis on thermosetting resin to find resin characteristics.Ø Ensuring proper and timely calibration of testing and inspecting equipments.Ø Knowledge in use of measuring instruments such as calipers, strain gauges, load cell, etc.Ø Working knowledge of piping design and installation. Knowledge in valves and other instruments.Ø Knowledge in FRP waste recycling.Ø Experience and advanced knowledge in process design and implementation of ERPNext software.Ø Developing BOM, finding cost, calculating manpower, and developing solutions to provide accurate cost input to ERP.Ø Experience in API, ISO, and Kitemark auditing and documenting.Ø Experience in design of collapsible elbow molds.Ø Preparation of 3d models and technical drawings using various CAD softwares.
