• Manage key accounts of channel partners offering project-specific lighting solutions and generate a profitable business. • Maintain effective customer-relation to ensure company’s position in the market having close liaison with key influencers like consultants, architects, lighting design firms and specifiers. • Persuade key decision-makers during project finalization with an effective negotiation and a pro-active approach. • Provide value-engineered solutions to projects facing budget-constraints with a cost-effective and deliverable plan. • Responsible for technical, design and commercial approvals of both standard range of products and tailored bespoke products fully complying to project specific requirements. • Prepare accurate and timely Sales Reports and Forecasts with project milestones for individual projects. • Manage a team of estimation engineers, procurement and support staff directly reporting to the Business Division Manager. • Contribute in organizing lighting exhibitions such as Light Middle East and Messe Frankfurt with a vision of brand awareness and marketing.

Job responsibilities:- Handle complete project management right from design stage to tender and execution of various Lighting projects in the UAE.- Represent in-house brands from Europe, North America and other countries to major Consultants, Architects and Lighting Designers to offer specification-grade lighting products and systems for projects across the middle-east region.- Construct lighting concept for new projects requiring architectural lighting design solutions.- Work with the regions major MEP/Main/landscape Contractors by proposing complete Lighting packages for small, medium and large scale tendered and on-going projects.- Maintain effective customer relations to ensure company’s position in market including close rapport with key-influencers such as Consultants, Lighting Designers and Architects.- Identify, evaluate, research and analyse the project prospects to enhance business opportunities. - Manage and execute projects in the pipeline for both short and long term to ensure profitable growth for the company.- Maintain quality service by practicing organization standards.- Prepare accurate and timely Sales Analysis Report on a monthly basis to provide management with information relating to sales results and forecast.- Liaise with a team of Estimation Engineers, Design Engineers, Procurement staff and report directly to the General Manager of Lighting Division.- Upgrade knowledge to enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reading publications, establishing personal networks, follow state-of-the-art industry practices and participate in lighting forums.
