With the Local Apps Project, I am in charge of Cairo and Algeria team.I've been working online on Shibumi & Microsoft project and reporting to the Top Management Level.I've been working on a Pfizer to Viatris Migration Project. The worldwide project's scope includes the transfer of local applications from the Pfizer network, servers, and domain to the Viatris network, servers, and domain as well.CSV Test Practices is helping me manage the local apps project.I'm responsible with Time Schedule Plan, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Order Management, Integration Management, Risk Management and Configuration Management among other things.I'm reporting project activities to the global team through frequent meeting.

The project scope includes a migration from the Pfizer Data Center to the Viatris Data Center.-Physical Installation for Servers, Firmware upgrading, Storage Mounting and the Hardware in Rack as per the strategy Given.-Network and storage access.- ESX installation on the physical server.- Addressing typical physical and virtual infrastructure issues.- Hands and feet support during the migration/cut-over.
