• Manage long & short-term maintenance activities associated with defects and plannedmaintenance programs for Facility and Machines for more than 80 store• development of the long-term engineering strategy for the plant (Operations & Maintenance) andthe development of a capable engineering & maintenance team• Identify the problem areas from root and look for appropriate/radical solutions to fix those problemsand prevent the machines from deterioration.• Prepare list of critical spare parts required for PM and CM and based on consumptions reportsand OEM recommendation• Ensure Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures are followed• Ensure the plant meets availability, reliability, efficiency, generation and cost targets, safely andwithin strict environmental limits.• Establish the total predicative maintenance program TPM.• Monitor and review equipment performance such as reliability, maintenance costs, availability, andthen generate and implement the necessary improvements.• Produce annual and quarterly operational plans to deliver all maintenance on schedule and aseffectively as possible• Implement engineering practices in accordance with OEM and international standards• Development and implementation of Long-Term engineering strategic plan• Prepare budget for maintenance and provide regular reports of expenditure explain variancespotential risks and or problems and recommending solutions.• Produce appropriate reports, data, and management information systems plans and control alloperations within common stakeholder

• Handling Halawa and Sesame Factory ( Complete maintenance and improvement) • Implement predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations requiring the use of a wide field of expertise• Maintain, modify, improve processes and means by suggesting improvements or re-design• Manage the technical conditions of capability for all internal & external tools under responsibility of the plant (molds, stamping tools…)• Train maintenance and production actors in achieving maintenance autonomous and predictive maintenance• Ensure the consideration of maintainability means of new projects • Update the CMMS data base according to maintenance operations• Identify the problem areas from root and look for appropriate/radical solutions to fix those Problems and prevent the machines from deterioration. • Complying with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Rules (OSHA) while carrying out maintenance functions. • Compiling the safety norms related to the equipment and making sure that they are meeting The expected safety norms. • Responsible to shop drawings for all spare parts with its sizes so that we can retrieve its Information in case of us lost the parts. • Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to Strategic plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and resolving problems. • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; Complying with legal codes and regulations.• Monitor and review equipment performance such as reliability, maintenance costs, availability, and then generate and implement the necessary improvements• Diagnose PLC device & identify root problem including circuit board input devices such as sensors & output device such as control relays and Hardwired PLC to all components & assist with programming the PLC specially Allen Bradley, Siemens.

• Proper communication with machine suppliers to identify future machine development actions expectations• Provide adaptation and evolution processes and manufacturing work station for existing products by improving the industrial performance IE & OEE RED / GREEN OBSERVATION• Represent Reliability engineering function within the manufacturing regular communication meeting.• Ensure the implementation of the Lean principles tools, Lean Manufacturing, TPM • Develop and manage machine capacities adaptation with dedicated tools according to the requirements• Lead the qualification for machine, process & work station• Write operator work instructions to sustain operation and induction training• Contribute to the development of new products (manufacturability, feasibility) • Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.• Has a complementary expertise with Maintenance Technician.

• Familiar with plc programming software like SIMATIC MANAGER S7 300/400, TAI portal V13, Logo soft comfort , RS LOGIX 500• Good Experience in the SCADA system ( PC7 , ET200s , profibus , profinet )• Good background in the network system • Lead a calibration process using Beamex tool ( CMX software , FB50 , MC6)• Designing the control system circuit diagram for continues improvement.• Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments (Endress+Hauser, Vega, Load cell, Pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, other devices • Good experience in installation of AC drives (VFD) like SIMODRIVE 611, SINAMIC G120c, ABB, LS drive, DANFOSS VLT micro drive, soft start drive, YASKAWA V1000 & J1000• Good experience in pneumatic system• Regularly involved in implementation of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance • Maintaining the critical spare parts,• Giving a Training in the Automation system for the automation technician.
