We are a team of dedicated professionals always committed to serve our customers with high quality maintained throughout the project life cycle.Here, I am responsible majorly for Analytics hiring.Identifying top notch talent for our esteemed BFSI, Consulting, BIG 4s, e-commerce clients and startups across all levels and positions from various sources available like Job portals and Social media.Take key initiatives to close critical and niche positions across domains.Identify best techniques to ensure talent acquisition goals, quality delivery, and customer satisfactionRelationship management with clients and candidates, managing internal as well as external customers.Sourcing, identifying, screening, short listing and interviewing candidates& salary negotiation.Industry mapping, cold-calling, head-hunting and networking.Keeping track of selected candidates post-interview as well as after joining.Team management and mentoring junior team members.Ensuring Various efficiency ratios to be in the healthy zone : Profiles submitted to shortlisted / Shortlisted to Interviewed / Interviewed to offered / Offered to Joined .Ensuring strict adherence to client commitments (Timeliness, Deliverables,Quality etc.) Negotiation with the selected candidates in reference to the terms and conditions of employment.Follow up with the selected candidates for joining formalities.Preparing reports & submitting the same to top management.
