• The role is to drive the Business Units of complete engineering product line of Hilti, right from Chemical & Mechanical Anchors, Adhesives, Installation System - Modular Supports, Direct Fastening System and Firestops.
• By providing strategies & initiative, strategic marketing initiatives, engineering product competency, communication and training in line with global process management for product portfolio management and Hilti’s.
• Identify business opportunities via market analysis, conduct action plan to explore new business potential, implement sales activities with training support, steering & feedback to Sales team for improvement.
• Implementation of new product launch which includes product & pricing positioning, product training programs to internal/external candidates, generate marketing communication materials (leaflet, event, sales kit, etc),
• Conduct customer survey through site visit to collect market intelligence data include competition information, market trend, customer orientation, Hilti product feedback and additional business opportunity for us to.
• Build up short and mid-term product strategy to successfully increase market share and product positioning in the market and further support the long term company vision as market leader in construction industry.

- Managing and developing new accounts in the Energy segment, while providing solutions based on Hilti Portfolio - Installation channels, Cable Tray Supports, Direct Fastening on steel, Breakers, Drills, Diamond Tools, fasteners, Anchors, Fire Stops, etc.- Conduct daily sales calls and necessary product demos to the customer / end user / decision maker so.
