Oversaw Skype IoT and hardware integrations and large value partnership agreements with telecoms and research partners.

Providing advice to the Ministry of Sound on illegal downloads of copyright works. Role involved analysing cutting edge law regarding liability for copyright infringement of acts committed online.

I completed my training contract gaining experience in the following areas: Commercial IP, IP/IT Litigation, Technology Law, Regulatory & EU Competition Law, and Commercial Dispute Resolution.

Spending a week in each of the Biotechnology and IT divisions of the firm’s respected IP department, I assisted partners and associates on a patent infringement matter and contractual disputes.
