Monitor and advise duty officers of all airport departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain terminal facilities at standard conditions.2. Submit terminal operational reports to airport management.4. Conduct routine inspections to ensure 100% terminal serviceability.5. Meet VIPs and coordinate VIP Terminal services, providing full assistance to VIP flights.6. Coordinate with airport control authorities to resolve any related issues.7. Check and analyze flight plans with flight crews, ensuring correct routes and flight levels.3. Refill and maintain flight plans.4. Prepare and deliver flight strips containing critical flight information.5. Verify and manage other necessary flight-related information.Position: Meteorology ObserverResponsibilities:1. Observe meteorological conditions and issue weather observation reports.2. Record weather data in the meteorological logbook based on reports.3. Retrieve METAR data for destination airports and hand it over to flight crews before departure.Position: AIS Officer and Communicator (C.A.D.A.S & AFTN)Responsibilities:1. Assist flight crews in preparing and submitting flight plans.2. Collaborate with the Operations Control Center (OCC) of airlines to create, correct, and submit flight plans without delays.3. Gather necessary maps, NOTAMs, and weather reports in advance to provide to flight crews.4. Apply the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) requirements to flight plans.5. Support the ATC Tower by providing information related to the AIP.6. Send and receive flight plans, civil aviation messages, and meteorology messages via the Aeronautical Fixed Telecommunications Network (AFTN) and Comsoft Aeronautical Data Access System (C.A.D.A.S).7. Play a critical role in coordinating with pilots, dispatchers, and ATC controllers, especially during critical situations, to prevent flight plan delays or cancellations.
